Key Responsibilities:
– Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content tailored to our target audience, including but not limited to blogs, articles, newsletters, and press releases.
– Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure the content is accurate, timely, and stands out in the competitive real estate landscape.
– SEO Optimisation: Implement SEO best practices in all content creation, including keyword research and optimisation, to increase our content’s visibility and search rankings.
– Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, values, and messaging strategy, maintaining a consistent tone throughout all platforms.
– Content Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine our content strategy, including identifying topics, trends, and opportunities that will engage our target audience.
– Proofreading and Editing: Perform meticulous proofreading and editing to ensure the content is free of errors and meets the highest standards of Australian English grammar and syntax.
Qualifications:
– Exceptional Command of Australian English: Must have an outstanding grasp of Australian English grammar, vocabulary, and colloquialisms.
– Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in content writing, journalism, communications, or a related field, preferably within the real estate industry.
