You will be responsible for developing comprehensive and engaging courses and content tailored for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:
– Develop and design educational content and courses for healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with the latest medical research and clinical practices.
– Collaborate with medical experts and educators to gather insights and validate content accuracy.
– Create diverse learning materials, such as interactive e-learning modules, lectures, videos, quizzes, and assessments.
– Utilize instructional design principles to ensure content is pedagogically sound and meets learning objectives.
– Manage the end-to-end content development process, from concept to delivery, including content outlines, scriptwriting, storyboard creation, and content editing.
– Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and best practices in medical education and healthcare.
– Work closely with the graphic design and multimedia teams to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
– Implement feedback from peer reviews, user testing, and performance metrics to continuously improve content quality.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant medical, legal, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:
– A degree in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Education, or a related field.
– Proven experience in creating medical content and educational courses.
– Strong understanding of clinical topics, medical terminology, and healthcare trends.
– Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex medical information clearly and concisely.
– Experience with instructional design and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
– Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online course platforms.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
– Highly organized with strong project management skills to meet tight deadlines.
– A portfolio demonstrating previous work in medical content and course creation.
