We’re looking for a new Content Writer to join us in creating engaging, well-written and well-researched content for our clients. Our clients are top-performing residential real estate agents in Canada. We want their content to be personable, and authoritative.

To qualify for this role, you must have strong communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English. The working hours for this position are completely flexible, but we hope for you to be available for around 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will have two main tasks:
– Writing articles to be published on client websites. These will take up to 4 hours and will be paid at $40 (CAD) per article.
– Writing articles to be published on partner websites. These will take up to 30 minutes and will be paid at $8 per article.

Information about writing client articles:
– You may use AI (provided by us) for efficiency, but not to create the entire article.
– You will be provided with a detailed content brief and example article(s).
– You will be responsible for researching the topic and collecting unique facts and statistics.
– You will be responsible for enriching the articles with images, charts, etc (we will provide resources and instructions for this).
– You will proof-read and edit your own articles, with guidelines provided by us.
– You will publish articles on the client’s website, with instructions provided by us.
– We currently have around 70 articles to be written in the next 3 months.

Information about writing partner articles:
– You will be given a title and will generate an article predominantly using AI (provided by us).
– You will need to proof-read and edit the article for accuracy.
– You will be responsible for enriching the articles with images, charts, etc (we will provide resources and instructions for this).
– You’ll work in Google Docs and submit your link when finished.
– We currently require 10-20 articles per month.

What we’re NOT looking for:
– An SEO expert.
– An AI expert.
– A content agency.

We’re looking for someone with the following attributes:
– Excellent written English skills.
– Strong English communication skills.
– High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
– Good problem-solving ability.
– Desire to work collaboratively within a team.
– Previous agency experience is considered an asset.
