Job Description

Work with a company based in France that serves international clients worldwide, providing executive coaching and consulting services. It leads transformation initiatives for corporate clients in the areas of leadership development and organizational culture re-design.

Position: Content Writer/Social Media Specialist (with solid experience)

Starting Offer: 4,5 EUR per hour. Incentives based on KPI.

Working hours: Within 6:00 PM-10:00 PM PH Time

Hours per week: 10 hours a week (45 hours a month) as a start offer, possibility to increase up to full time employment based on performance.

Up to full time offer will be considered for very experienced candidates with proven track record of creating selling content.

Job Role:
– Strategize, plan and write content for social media (LinkedIn) – posts, articles
– Monitor engagement on LinkedIn, research target audience, create reports
– Write, edit e-books, newsletters, commercial proposals
– Optimize digital channels and pages on LinkedIn, create pages on other social platforms
– Manage Mailchimp
– Additional tasks: admin support
– Expected deliverables re content: approx. approx 40 posts per month, 6+ articles/e-books per month + proposals and newsletters

Must-haves:
– Solid experience in content strategizing, content writing, and social media management
– Solid experience with LinkedIn
– Able to showcase your previous social media content creation work
– Exceptional writing skills (top level English, with no grammar or spelling errors)
– Ability to create content that would appeal to VP, C-suite level corporate executives
– Ability to create a consise and compelling message/call to action
– Ability to analyze information, research articles, extract ideas and reframe them
– Ability to write about leadership, talent development, corporate executives, executive coaching, HR trends, etc.
– Excellent and fluent professional communication in English (oral and writing)
– Can represent brand professionally
– High professional ethic, ability to work efficiently, desire to grow professionally
-Experience with international corporate environment

Good-to-haves (not mandatory but a big advantage):
– Experience in lead generation
– Experience with Hubspot
– Command of foreign languages
