Job Description

We’re seeking a talented B2B Content Writer/Strategist with a knack for crafting compelling narratives. You’ll be instrumental in shaping B2B content strategy, creating insightful articles, whitepapers, and case studies, and ensuring our content resonates with target audiences.

Responsibilities:
– Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a wide range of communication formats, including websites, events, advertising, demand generation campaigns, landing pages, press releases, paid search, social media, video scripts, and more, that align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.
– Creates, guides, and delivers strategic social media, email, and digital planning, programming, and execution.
·- Creates and maintains detailed monthly and annual social, email, and content calendars.
– Translate complex offerings and messages into simple, pithy writing; create captivating headlines and calls-to-action that attract and convert target audiences.
– Optimize copy for search engine optimization (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices.
– Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to develop multimedia content assets that enhance the overall storytelling experience.
– Optimize copy for key channels and different stages of the growth flywheel, maintaining a strong focus on conversion and making informed decisions through qualitative and quantitative data.

Our ideal candidate has/is:
– Available to work some US (EST) hours to attend Agile ceremonies
– Ability to effectively lead content strategies and direct creative brand content
– Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
– Highly effective communicator with the ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) for diverse audiences
– Understanding of content strategy, copywriting, and layout, best practices, and principles
– Strong knowledge of communication and marketing principles
-Collaborative, with experience with online community building
– Experience with reporting and analysis
– A critical thinker and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Experience in creating and deploying digital content
– Experience in creating video content is not mandatory but a plus

Key things to note:

– You must have a native command of English (both written and spoken); your command of English must be strong enough to understand the nuances and idioms of the language.
Must be available for a 15-30 min call to discuss role/project details; the call will be via Zoom or Google Meet.
– Must have a portfolio (outside of your portfolio on Upwork); no attachments or downloads, please.
