Job Description

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a highly motivated Contracts Administrator to join our team.

This is a long-term opportunity with our rapidly expanding company, offering many chances for growth and advancement.

We are based in Perth, Western Australia so the time zone will be the same.

THE PROBLEM YOUR ROLE IS SOLVING

Ensure contractual compliance
Identify and manage risks, implement risk management strategies, monitor client performance, and address issues
Increase EOTs and Variation approvals

EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE

Complete 2-4 tasks daily: 1 contract review, 1 final contract/departure review, and 1-2 post-award services
2 days turnaround with high quality
Build strong relationships with Contract Manager and Service Delivery team
Grow team of dedicated Contract Admins

RESPONSIBILITIES & REPORTING

Review and negotiate client contracts
Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to align contracts with client principles/industry standards
Document and track all assigned contracts
Identify process improvements and propose solutions
Prepare EOT and Variation claims
Communicate confidently with clients via email
Manage multiple tasks, handle requests from multiple clients, and stay organized
Work independently with minimal supervision
Attend team meetings and report to the Contracts Manager

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Master our processes and systems, quickly

Participate in live training sessions for a minimum of two weeks
Provide timely turnaround on tasks, and meet deadlines as required
Manage the administrative aspects of contracts, including record-keeping, documentation, and communication with relevant clients
Provide prompt responses to communication on the Slack platform
Ability to do urgent tasks when required
