Job Description:
We are a small yet ambitious Tour company seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Entry-Level Ads Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the owner to create and manage effective advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads. As you enhance our marketing and drive in more revenue, we will enhance pay, benefits, and job is for the long haul. We’re looking for someone who wants to stick around for years.
Responsibilities:
– Based on provided content, build and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
– Collaborate closely with the owner to understand target audiences and customer profiles.
– Oversee A/B Testing, Review Data, and our analytics to enhance our campaigns.
– Participate in daily Zoom meetings to demonstrate and discuss ad creation and targeting strategies.
– Advise our local content creator on aligning content with advertising goals.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with Las Vegas industry trends and events to steer ads and marketing towards potential customers visiting for special events.
Requirements:
– Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
– Ability to work independently and part-time.
Schedule
We work from 5am – 9am your time. Monday – Friday

Compensation Package:
We have milestones of growth built into our hiring offer.

Training Pay $4.35hr
3-4 months
Hours – 9am – 1pm
•Entry Level Ads Specialist
3-12 months
Pay increases by $.50 -$1.50 per hour (based on performance)
Hours 9am- 2pm
Atomic Ads Manager (Team Review in 1 year)
Salary role – $800-$2000 a month will vary based on results of ads
Hours – Full time
