**Job Title: Remote Administrative Assistant**

**Location:** Remote (Philippines) – working for Australian based company

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

**Reporting To:** General Manager

**Hourly Rate:** Candidates to specify desired hourly rate in $USD upon application

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing support to our General Manager and assisting with various administrative tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Interpret customer and supplier requests in accordance with the guidelines and standards of the Building Code of Australia (BCA), now known as the National Construction Code (NCC).
– Assist in managing correspondence, emails, and inquiries from clients and suppliers.
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
– Conduct research and compile data as required.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
– Maintain accurate records and databases.
– Handle general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.

**Requirements:**
– Prior experience with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) or National Construction Code (NCC) is preferred.
– Experience working with an Australian building company or material supplier is highly advantageous.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
– Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
– Comfortable with making phone calls and participating in video conferences.
– Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
