Conversation Manager

We are seeking a valuable addition to our team in the form of a proficient inbound and outbound conversation manager!

The responsibilities of this role include:
Managing and organizing the inbox
Posting content when required
Engaging in conversations to sell content
Monitoring sales and recording them in a spreadsheet
Nurturing and developing customer relationships

This is a FULL-TIME position. The working hours required to be fulfilled are from 9 PM to 6 AM Philippines Time (GMT +8), Monday to Saturday, for a total of 6 days per week. Please ensure that these hours align with your lifestyle, as they involve overnight work in the Philippines.

This job is performance-based, which means you will receive a commission once you have successfully completed the probationary period. Additionally, there will be opportunities for pay raises and promotions to team leader positions. We want you to progress alongside our team’s growth. You will receive training through our business systems, and we will provide you with everything necessary to support your success. However, we are not looking for someone robotic; we desire an individual who can think on their feet and respond quickly if the conversation deviates from the usual course.

A Telegram account (for team communication)
Zoom (for meetings and training)

Availability to be online from 9 PM to 6 AM Philippines time

Training will be provided, and a PAID probationary period will be implemented for the first month.
