Position Overview
As a Conversion Optimisation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive conversion optimisation strategies to improve user engagement and drive business growth.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in user behaviour analysis and A/B testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website and campaign elements, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
– Develop and execute a conversion optimisation strategy aligned with business goals and KPIs.
– Conduct user behaviour analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
– Plan and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.
– Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website usability and engagement.
– Optimise website and app layouts, navigation, forms, and CTAs.
– Use analytics tools to monitor site performance and track key metrics.
– Analyse conversion data to uncover actionable insights.
– Work with cross-functional teams to align optimisation efforts with business initiatives.
– Provide guidance on conversion optimisation best practices.

Required Experience
– 3+ years in CRO.
– Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
– Experience with A/B and multivariate testing (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
– Knowledge of UX/UI principles and website optimisation best practices.
– Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
– Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and measurable results.

Qualification
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field, Advanced degree, or relevant certifications preferred but not required.
