ROLE OVERVIEW:
We seek a dynamic, results-driven CRO Specialist to join us on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who excels in identifying and executing optimization strategies for e-commerce platforms, with a particular focus on Shopify’s product and cart pages. Through data-driven insights using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Shopify’s backend, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online customer experience and driving our sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Strategically optimize our Shopify store’s product and cart pages, aiming to significantly improve the user experience and increase conversion rates.
+ Utilize analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics) and Shopify’s backend to identify optimization opportunities, executing A/B tests and other conversion strategies.
+ Work collaboratively with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure optimization efforts align with overall brand strategy and customer journey.
+ Regularly report on key performance indicators, outlining successes and areas for iterative improvement.
