Job Description

In this role, you will:

Manage the overall UI/UX design for eCommerce landing pages
Use an expertise in direct response marketing to gain an immediate response from consumers and quickly generate new leads and sales
Ensure that UI/UX design services are focused on removing barriers and making the shortest path for visitors/buyers to convert.
Work on optimizing the sales funnel in the eCommerce sites – ensuring to simplify the buying journey for more efficiency and increase conversions
Build a pipeline of CRO experiments & manage projects to improve conversion rates
Use CRO tools to analyze web pages that are underperforming according to your conversion goals, and find out what could be preventing visitors from taking a desired action
Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate
Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths
Design, build and execute split testing, multivariate testing and other testing approaches for websites, emails and landing pages
Identify and test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate and consumer engagement
Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests
Create design, content and development guidelines based on ?ndings from winning tests
Maintain a constant awareness of all competitor and industry activity

ADVANCE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (If Applicable):

Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
Drive strategy and tactics to optimize funnels based on split testing, pricing, headlines, images, copy, page structure and offers.
Fully own and report key performance indicators, and provide direction to optimize and scale
Set monthly performance targets and deliver scalable growth for key offers
Stay up-to-date with digital technology and online learning developments
Other duties as assigned

About You:

Core qualifications:

Extremely proficient in written english for selling products to a native english speaking audience
Extremely proficient in verbal english communication skills for team communications via calls & slack
At least 3 years of experience in designing ecommerce landing pages for conversion
Strong design skills & experience in photoshop & canva
Strong experience in using wordpress elementor or other similar landing page drag & drop builders
Understand best practices for UI and UX for websites, applications, mobile, and desktop
Hands-on experience using A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
Pro?ciency in using Google Analytics (Google Analytics Individual Quali?cation is a plus)
Understand user intent and its pivotal role in the journey to conversion
Understand the importance of statistical signi?cance when analyzing experiment results
Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills
Proficient using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
