We’re seeking a Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team and spearhead the evolution of our website’s conversion rate. In the grand scheme of digital alchemy, a Conversion Optimization Specialist is the wizard behind the curtain, conjuring strategies to elevate a business’s online presence. Analyzing content, design, and calls to action, they navigate the labyrinth of user behavior to unveil the secrets of increased conversions. A master of recommendations and implementations, they turn hypotheses into reality and track the mystical conversions and conversion rates.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage pivotal conversion points in the marketing funnel with flair and creativity.
Dive into the depths of customer behavior to analyze and optimize conversion rates.
Optimize landing pages, website CTAs, and lead-generating forms to captivate and convert.
Conduct A/B tests and continually measure the performance of CTAs, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.
Test alternative site layouts, providing a user experience so captivating it reduces abandonment.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to optimize our conversion paths.
Be the maestro behind boosting lead-to-customer conversion rates and enhancing overall funnel marketing efficiencies.
Report to management and suggest ways to improve overall conversion
Identify opportunities for improvement in design, and content to unlock the treasure trove of conversion.
Use analytics spells to optimize site usability.

Requirements:
Past experience navigating the realms of web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics.
2-3 years of conversion experience under your belt. Bonus points if you’ve battled the conversion wars in the realm of SAAS brands, and conquered the peaks of E-commerce.
Demonstrated ability to master the art of time management and multitasking.
Experience with Posthog is a huge PLUS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You’re not just optimizing conversions; you’re building relationships with our audience through seamless experiences.
An analytical mindset that sees data not as numbers, but as opportunities.
Command a deep understanding of conversion optimization tactics and strategies.
Proficiency in deciphering the secrets of Google Analytics and A/B testing software.
