About the role
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you’ll be the architect behind the client’s digital success, meticulously fine-tuning every aspect of the user journey to drive conversions and revenue. Armed with data-driven insights and creative intuition, you’ll craft compelling strategies and execute experiments to maximize conversion rates across digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall, focus on conversion rate optimization for mobile apps, e.g. freemium model, tier upgrades.
• Analyze user behavior and website performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design and content changes that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely to gather insights and track performance.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and iterate on conversion funnels to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and data analysis, specifically for mobile apps.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as A/B testing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week during US hours.
