Job Title: Part-Time ConvertKit Specialist and Customer Support VA
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant with at least two years of experience using ConvertKit and a solid background in English customer service. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is pivotal to our marketing and customer support operations, helping to manage email campaigns and ensuring excellent customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
1. Email Campaign Management:
• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns using ConvertKit.
• Design and implement email sequences, tags, and automation.
• Analyze email performance and suggest improvements.
2. Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and possibly phone, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments.
• Maintain a customer support database and document frequently asked questions.
3. Daily Reporting:
• Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records.
4. Administrative Support:
• Assist in scheduling and calendar management.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support marketing and customer service teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ConvertKit.
• Proven customer service experience with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to write in US-based English and sound like a native speaker in written communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
Soft Skills:
• A fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
• Part-time position (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
• Flexible hours with a requirement for some overlap with US business hours for live communication.
