Hey there! At Zapply, we are a fast-growing supplement company focusing on testosterone-related products and services. We started with two founders and have grown into a small, dynamic team of about 10 people based in the Netherlands and the Philippines. Our team is committed to growing together and achieving great results. We are currently at 250k P/M and have some really good people in place we are looking to scale the entire operations up to 1.500.000 p/m this year.

We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help us with strategic planning and effective execution, implementing the right systems, SOPs, and making key decisions.

Requirements:
Proven track record with a minimum of a 7-figure Shopify brand
Experience managing teams and departments
In-depth understanding of the D2C market
Hungry and motivated for a challenge
Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Enhancing team efficiency
Driving growth from €250k to €1M+
Improving the quality of our brand and content
Facilitating communication between departments (Creatives, Media Buying, CRO)
Scaling operations to new markets (DE & UK)
Adopting a high-level approach to business operations
Reporting overall performance and guiding operations towards high profitability

Zapply Company Procedures:
