REQUIREMENTS:
Experienced COO in operating high-growth ecommerce brands, preferably in the health niche
Track record of scaling an ecommerce brand from early stage to $10m+ in annual revenue
Interested in committing to a long-term opportunity with high salary
WHO YOU ARE:
Deep understanding of ecommerce operations, including product development, supply chain management, order fulfillment, and customer service (or managing / hiring a team to fulfill listed targets)
Expertise in identifying, vetting, and managing relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers
Experience in developing and optimizing ecommerce products for maximum market appeal and profitability
Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams across various functions (product, customer success, operations)
THE COMPANY:
Me, the founder already helped another sleep brand with a similar product to grow $12 million per year in revenue over the past 12 months, but now me and our team of acquisition specialists are going to take it to the next level with our own brand.
We are a brand in the beginning stage in the sleep niche, our market is the United States.
We will hit 8 figures ($25m+) per year by April 2025 and then 9 figures ($100m+) per year by April 2026
We are going to hit such rapid growth thanks to having extensive experience in direct response marketing, a proven acquisition team and plenty experience scaling the same product for a different brand already.
We are looking for an A player that wants to rapidly grow financially and personally and become extremely wealthy with us.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Drive all aspects of ecommerce operations to rapidly scale the business to $100M in annual revenue by April 2026
Develop and optimize products, working closely with suppliers and manufacturers
Build and lead a world-class customer success team to deliver exceptional customer experience
Optimize shop operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics
Hire and manage key team members across operations, product, and customer success
Implement and optimize technology stack and processes to drive operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing and operations) to achieve aggressive growth targets

The amount of equity will be determined based on your background, experience, and the value you bring to the company from day one. We are looking for a true partner who is invested in our long-term success.
SALARY:
The Salary is extremely dependent on your background and the value that you are
going to provide to the company from day one.
The higher the value you are going to provide, the higher the salary. The more key parts of the company you are going to be in charge of, the higher the salary.
We have no issues paying you VERY WELL if the value brought is very high.
We are also open to discussing a profit-sharing arrangement from day one for candidates with the right background and expertise.
WORKING HOURS:
This will be a Full Time position, but we believe in giving our leaders the autonomy to structure their days in the way that drives the best results. As long as you are meeting and exceeding goals, you have the flexibility to design your own schedule.
