Goal:
I want a regular cadence of Emails, White Papers and Blogs going out to people who are interested in the things I have to offer.
Importance:
Putting these things in front of the right people will build my reputation as an authority in the space I operate in. Ultimately it will lead to these people investing in my business opportunities.
Ideal Outcome:
100 Qualified prospects subscribed to my email list in the next 45 days. Qualified prospects are people that have enough cash reserves to invest at least 50k into my real estate syndication offerings.
Tools provided:
I do a lot of research into the Short-Term rental space. I have been investing my own money into Single Family Short-term rentals (AirBNB, VRBO, , etc) over the past few years. I do a lot of research before I make a purchase. I want to start sharing that research via White Papers that are available for download after opting in to my email list. Also, I want emails created based on the content of said white papers as well as other content I create (Social Media, Blogs, Etc.). Basically, my entire marketing effort drives people to my email list, and I need help with the emails AND converting my research into branded, easy to read White Papers. Make sure you use the word pickle when submitting video resume. I do the research and write a word document that describes the research I did and findings, I need someone to convert it into a nice presentation.
I use active campaign to manage email campaigns.
I have several Email Campaigns from similar businesses which can be repurposed for my audience.
Success Criteria:
1. White Papers that, once shared, generate a 50% opt-in rate to my email list. I.e. I give away one of my research papers to someone (digital copy) and within that research paper is a prompt to opt into my email list to receive more such papers as they become available. 50% of the time a white paper is given out, an opt-in occurs.
2. 4 email campaigns of differing subject matter that, based on all of the content (Research/White Papers, Social Media Videos) I create.
3. 30% Email Open Rate
4. 2 Blogs/week – These blogs can be repurposed into emails. They can also be a repurposing of white papers and video content.
