ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Copywriter, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s story and ensuring a consistent and engaging tone of voice. Your expertise in market dynamics will be key as you craft content that not only stands out but also resonates with our diverse audience across various platforms and countries.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Insight: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends to inform and elevate our content creation strategies.
Content Creation: Bring our brand to life through captivating copy for ads, social media, websites, and more.
Brand Consistency: Be the guardian of our brand voice, ensuring it remains cohesive and recognizable in all communications.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging with our overall brand objectives.
Research: Dive deep into our products, services, and audience, tailoring messaging that speaks directly to customer needs.
Adaptability: Showcase your versatility by tailoring content for different platforms while maintaining our brand’s unique voice.
Quality Assurance: Be the final checkpoint, reviewing and editing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback, continuously refining and improving our copy for maximum impact.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Copywriter in a dynamic marketing or advertising setting.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and an understanding of different markets.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Familiarity with market research and the ability to translate findings into compelling messaging.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free content.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about brand positioning and messaging.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Technical Expertise
· A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
· A minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in a similar role, preferably within a start-up or scale up environment.
OR
· A minimum of 6 years recent experience in a similar role, preferably within a start-up or scale up environment.
AND
· Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
· Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite
· Experience within a fast-paced and high energy environment
· An aptitude for executing business improvement initiatives.
· Experience of troubleshooting problems and providing recommendations.
· Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
· Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
· Excellent judgment is essential.
· Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
· You’re an expert juggler; managing and juggling multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience in a global business environment
· Experience in a start-up environment.

Compensation: 30,000 PHP per month
Circumstances
Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in United Kingdom time zone
Technology Setup
In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:
Internet not lower than 10 MBPS
Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
An additional monitor screen is preferable but is not mandatory for the position.
