Position Overview:
We are looking for a Copywriter with an A++ level of written English communication. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of grammar and language, using these skills to steer and engage audiences through effective storytelling. Psychology is a crucial component of this role, as understanding the target audience’s mindset is essential for creating impactful copy. The Copywriter will be responsible for crafting email sequences, website copy, and ad copy, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for various digital marketing channels, including email campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
– Utilize storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
– Conduct research to understand the psychology and behavior of different audience segments, tailoring copy to meet their needs and preferences.
– Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement content strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
– Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
– Exceptional written English communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and language.
– Demonstrated ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
– Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

This role will be a part-time position. You will have the ability to work during the hours that are most comfortable to you, as there will be no required set of hours to be online. With that said, we do expect communication within 24 hours to stay up to date. While weekends and holidays are optional, we allow all of our teammates to work as little or as much as they choose based on how much they want to make or contribute. We expect hours to vary some weeks between 10–20 hours per week.
