In line with the steady expansion of our company, we are looking to hire a talented Copywriter and Content Creator to join our Marketing team.
Job Summary
As a Copywriter and Content Creator at LevelUp, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand’s message and expanding our digital footprint. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager of the company. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker capable of developing compelling sales pages, emails, informative long-form blog content, lead magnets, brochures and ad copy. Your work will directly contribute to increasing our conversion rates, generating more leads, and positioning our brand as a thought leader in the WordPress tech support industry.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and newsletters.
Develop compelling headlines and body copy that align with our brand voice and messaging.
Create product descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, and other technical documentation as needed.

Content Strategy
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Conduct research to understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices.

Brand Consistency
Maintain and enhance the consistency of our brand voice and tone across all communication channels.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.

Campaign Support
Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and ads.
Develop scripts for video content and promotional videos.

Develop Subject Matter Expertise
Research, learn and develop expertise about the outsourcing industry in order to produce high quality domain specific content
Work with different people in the business to gain specific knowledge and insights that can be used within our content.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in writing sales copy, long-form content, and video production.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling, and accessible content.
Experience in SEO and digital marketing strategies to maximize content reach and engagement.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Familiarity with WordPress and the tech support industry is highly preferred.
