Copywriter / Content Writer

We are a thriving social media marketing agency looking to expand our creative team with a talented and experienced Script Writer / Copywriter. This role focuses on crafting engaging and persuasive scripts for various marketing campaigns, sales videos, negotiation scenarios, psychological tactics, and financial content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing both short form and long form scripts, with a deep understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, negotiation strategies, psychology, and money-related topics.

Responsibilities:
-Craft informative and captivating scripts on topics related to Marketing & Sales , Negotiation , Money and Behavioral Psychology.
-Conceptualize, research, and write compelling scripts for marketing videos, social media ads, short form video, long form video and sales presentations to drive conversions and brand engagement.
-Develop persuasive scripts for negotiation scenarios to help our clients achieve better outcomes in various business dealings.
-Create scripts that explore financial topics, including personal finance, investment strategies, and money management tips.
-Collaborate with the creative team, including video producers, designers, and marketers, to ensure the scripts align with the overall campaign objectives.
-Continuously stay updated with industry trends and best practices to deliver fresh and innovative ideas to our clients.
Edit and refine scripts based on feedback from team members and clients, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.

Requirements:
-3+ years of experience as a Script Writer or Copywriter, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in marketing, sales, negotiation, psychology, and money-related content.
-Expert in copywriting, knows how to create a great headline and hook that would grab the viewer’s attention.
-Experience working with a team of content creators/editors & social media marketers.
-Exceptional understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
-Must be knowledgeable in creating lead magnets, lead generation, and sales funnels.
