**Job Details:**
– **Hours per Week:** Roughly 15-30 hours, subject to change based on project requirements.
– **Salary Range:** $150 – $300 monthly to begin with, influenced by experience, proficiency, and specific tasks undertaken.
– **Content Frequency & Platforms:** Weekly ad campaigns and posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Adjustments to frequency will be based on campaign needs.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creator:** CRITICAL ROLE: Draft detailed captions for Instagram that perfectly complement the associated video content, ensuring that they reflect the brand’s voice and persona.
2. **Ads Campaign Designer:** Plan, script, and oversee ad campaigns on Facebook and TikTok Ads platforms. Collaboration with the video editor and team leader is paramount for cohesive branding.
3. **Brand Alignment Specialist:** While utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT is promoted, the individual must critically review, adjust, and ensure content adheres to the brand’s distinct identity.
4. **Strategy Collaborator:** Work closely with the video editor and team lead to maintain synchronization within the team and ensure smooth workflow.
The overarching aim of this role is to develop weekly content for an assortment of social media platforms, devising a workflow seven days in advance for the forthcoming week.
