Copywriter for Facebook Ads

We are an 8-figure US company looking for a Facebook Copywriter to work with us on a long-term basis to work on the following:

– Conceive, develop and produce effective advertising copywriting for our campaigns.
– You’ll focus on providing the written words (the copy) and images for our Facebook (or in future, Google and TikTok) advertising campaigns. If video is required, you will work with our video team to create the visuals.
– Create headlines, slogans, catchphrases, straplines and body copy for videos, GIF’s or static images
– Write for website banners, landing pages and sales pages
– You’ll also work with media planners/media buyers and the production department to fully develop an advertising campaign.

Responsibilities
As an advertising copywriter, you’ll need to:

– Familiarize yourself with the our company’s products and services, the target audience and their competitors’ activities
– Liaise with our brand department, and translate their messages into campaigns that generate sales.
– Develop Facebook Ad ideas and concepts, with the objective of generating positive ROI.
– Present ideas to the Growth Director for approval and development
– Write clear, persuasive, original copy, in English through the various iterations of the project
– Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
– Amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the Growth Director or Brand Director.
– Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion
– Keep up to date with popular culture and trends

Payment: We will pay you US$800/month, and will require you to work US timing or semi-US time to overlap with the team.

If you show that you are good, additional bonuses will be possible.

Duration: We are looking for someone long-term and full-time.
