-Fluent in conversational US English
-Equipped with a solid internet connection (and a backup plan)

-A webcam and mic ready to roll
-A problem solver who knows when to ask for help
-Ready to commit full-time for the long term
-A sense of humor and a thick skin
-No need for SEO or link-building experience (we prefer a blank slate!)
