Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Copywriter & Planner to join our social media marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content for our LinkedIn and Instagram platforms. Your ability to write captivating copy and plan content that aligns with our brand’s goals and objectives will be instrumental in driving engagement, building brand awareness, and driving growth on these social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
• Develop creative and persuasive copy for LinkedIn and Instagram posts, captions, and advertisements that resonate with our target audience.
• Generate a variety of content types, including articles, infographics, videos, and visually appealing graphics.

Content Planning:
• Create and maintain a content calendar that outlines the posting schedule, key themes, and objectives for each platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and branding strategies.

Audience Engagement:
• Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and engaging manner.
• Foster meaningful interactions with our followers and create a sense of community around our brand.

Analytics and Reporting:
• Track the performance of social media content using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve engagement rates.

Trend and Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Collaboration:
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter and social media planner, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful LinkedIn and Instagram content.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for social media is a plus.
• Familiarity with advertising and paid promotion strategies on LinkedIn and Instagram is a plus.
