We are a rapidly growing company located in the USA that provides White Label web development and SEO services to digital marketing agencies. We work with agencies all over the world but mostly focus on English based business.

The Position:
We are looking for a Full-time Copywriter / Proofreader

You will be the next addition to our dynamic team. We are excited to hire a Copywriter / Proofreader who can create diverse content for our agency’s various needs. This role involves crafting content for website builds, blogs, Google Business Profile posts, press releases, backlinks, and more. The ideal candidate will leverage the power of AI in content creation, refining AI-generated content to ensure it maintains a human-like quality and readability. This position demands a high attention to detail and a strong ability to adapt and learn continuously.

Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit strong written English skills. (Advance C2 Mastery or above)
Efficiently manage tasks assigned through Click to view.
Timely creation of content for assigned jobs.
Continuously learn and leverage AI copywriting tools like ChatGPT, Bard, and others.
Demonstrate strong proofreading skills to ensure content quality.
Maintain a high level of communication with other staff members. (Slack and Zoom)
Write content for websites, blogs, Google Business Profile posts, press releases, backlinks, etc.
Create high-quality AI content through optimized priming, prompting, and polishing.
Check all work through plagiarism, grammar and spelling check systems.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Manage time with extreme efficiency.
Research and recreate high-quality content as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers and SEO Specialists to make sure keywords are being implemented properly.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful campaign execution
End of day progress reporting
Other tasks that may be related to the role and/or for professional advancement

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in communication or language (desired)
2+ Years previous experience in copywriting and proofreading. (required)
Excellent proofreading skills (required)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Required)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (required)
Should be proficient with native English language
Understanding and proficiency in AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, etc.
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to learn new systems/ processes quickly
Be committed to learn and continue to grow with the business over time
Self driven and able to work without immediate supervision
Have a friendly, positive attitude with a collaborative approach
Have superior problem-solving skills
Be detail-oriented and keen on accuracy
Be highly creative and tech-savvy
Have high ethical standards and commitment to client success

What We Require:
Full-time hours (40 hours a week)
Ability to work with EST time zone with zero issues.
Great internet connection
Native English speaker or Excellent proficiency
Strategic Thought – Process & A strong ability to prioritize tasks/initiatives
