Job Description

As the Copywriter/Virtual Assistant for VBW Ventures, you are entrusted with the pivotal role of elevating our brand in the competitive real estate investment and travel industry through strategic digital marketing. Your mission is to produce content that captivates, educates, and converts our target audience, ensuring that our message not only reaches but resonates with potential investors and travelers. You will spearhead our content strategy by identifying and suggesting key post subject matters, video content, reels, write scripts, and more to establish the know-like-trust factor. Your responsibilities include:

• Market Research: Conducting in-depth analyses of our target market and competitors to refine our brand positioning.
• Content Research: Researching keywords, generating ideas for videos, topics for discussion, scripts, and blog entries that align with our firm’s goals.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Crafting integrated marketing strategies for deployment across all social media deliverables.
• Content Creation: Conceptualizing and executing social media campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience, including real estate investors and family travelers, by leveraging seamless storytelling.
• Brand Communication: Highlighting VBW Ventures’ unique selling propositions through creative and strategic efforts.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing social media content’s effectiveness through KPI analysis and providing end-of-the-month reviews with actionable insights.
• Content Scheduling: Managing a content calendar with a recommendation of at least 7 posts per week which can be used across the founder’s “profile or fan accounts” on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, including different content types such as VBW Ventures’ updates, educational content, carousels, reels, etc.
• Blogs: Write and upload at least 3 short form (500 word) or 1 long-form (1500-2000 word) weekly blog for our website on WordPress covering real estate investment and travel topics.
• Newsletter: Develop a monthly one-page newsletter that showcases our latest ventures, opportunities, and education.
• Email Campaigns: Generate weekly email campaigns (up to 300 words) to engage our community and engage in CRM tasks as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media manager for content consistency and strategy alignment.

Tools Provided (use as necessary):
• CapCut and Canva Pro subscriptions for content creation
• Later subscription for social media management
• WhatsApp for team communication
• Google Drive for document storage
• Getresponse for email marketing/CRM
• Yoast Premium for SEO optimization

Work Structure:

The role entails 10 hours of independent work weekly, alongside a 30-minute weekly check-in every Monday to discuss plans and progress. In addition to providing your own strategy and content, you will collaborate closely with the VBW Ventures team, who can assist in providing general content themes, photos, and live videos for marketing, which you will then edit and incorporate into our social media strategy.

Deliverables:

• Monthly content plan detailing post strategies and content as outlined in above responsibilities.
• End-of-month report analyzing content performance and insights for strategy refinement.
