JOB OVERVIEW
Life’s A Pitch is looking for an enthusiastic junior copywriter with a positive attitude to join our high-performing and growing team. To apply for this role, you must provide examples of your work that relate to SAAS/tech-based copywriting. Examples can include case studies, articles, pitch decks, etc.

As a copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting captivating marketing and sales material for our innovative business and startup clients. This includes writing investor pitch decks, sales presentations, and external marketing material such as ads.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate impactful writing skills, constructing strong and compelling narratives. Additionally, strong proofreading skills are essential to ensure the quality and accuracy of all written material.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is for a junior copywriter with the primary responsibility to support the team in preparing initial drafts such as:
– Marketing Material: Crafting outreach material such as website content, ad copy, emails, and case studies to engage prospects for marketing and sales efforts.
– Presentation Assets: Analyzing data and information provided to create compelling, impactful, and persuasive copy for investor pitch decks, sales materials and presentations.
– Attending Client Meetings and Drafting Action Items: You will be required to attend client meetings where you will hear first hand from the client about the content to be drafted. You will need to take notes and promptly draft a list of the action items that come out of the meeting.
– Proofreading & Editing: Proofreading and editing content to ensure accuracy and consistency while working with our well-documented process to ensure high-quality deliverables.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
– Fixed Price Contract: US$1000 / month (paid fortnightly);
– Full Time Role – 8 Hours a day/6 days per week;
– Time zone – PHT;
– Working Hours – Flexible work hours but preference is from 9am to 6pm AEDT; and
– Contract period – Monthly rolling retainer basis.

REQUIREMENTS
– Exceptional English communication skills, both written as well as verbal.
– An ability to write a strong narrative in a clear and concise manner.
-Experience using AI to draft content e.g. ChatGPT.
– Experience working with Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, Figma and Google Slides.
– Ability to prioritize between multiple different tasks and work independently as well as with a team.
– Creative and critical thinking and writing.
– A strong commitment to and culture of learning and professional development.
– Attention to detail and disciplined time management.
