Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Corporate Accommodation Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to various contractors, insurance companies, and other industry partners to offer them accommodation for their short, mid, and long-term stays in the city.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential corporate clients in the construction, insurance, and other relevant industries who may require accommodation for their employees or contractors.

Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our accommodation services and offerings to prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their accommodation needs and preferences.

Customize accommodation packages and solutions to meet the specific requirements of corporate clients.
Coordinate bookings and reservations for short, mid, and long-term stays, ensuring smooth and seamless arrangements for guests.

Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with our property management team to ensure that accommodation facilities meet the standards and expectations of corporate clients.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and correspondence using our CRM system.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality, with a proven track record of success in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and build rapport with clients.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and close deals.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility to accommodate client meetings or events outside of regular business hours.
