Job Description

**Objectives:**
As a Corporate Accounts Supervisor at American Solar Repair, you will be responsible for:
 
1. Ensuring all tickets have been updated within the last week.
2. Serving as the point of contact for questions from Corporate Partners.
3. Managing escalations from Corporate Partners, collaborating with project managers to ensure timely resolution or scheduling.
4. Supervising and mentoring a team of 2 Account Managers with similar responsibilities.
5. Creating and managing a corporate follow-up software system for removals and reinstalls materials.
6. Documenting all department processes for seamless training of new employees.
7. Generating and distributing weekly and monthly reports on ticket status.
8. Conducting bi-weekly meetings to follow up with bookkeeping on pending closures and outstanding invoices.

**Classic Attributes Searched for:**

– Minimum age: 26.
– 4+ years of experience in customer service.
– 2+ years of experience in B2B, directly handling corporate customers and issuing reports.
– A track record of promotions in previous roles.
– Punctuality, arriving early for interviews.
– Previous experience in high-pressure roles, now seeking a more supportive environment.

**Compensation Details:**
$850/Month, paid weekly
We do 13th month payment, it will be 1 month of salary, divided by how many months in the year you have been here.
We use Easypay through this website, which pays through Payoneer without a fee. Payment is 1 week after submission of weekly timecard.
This is a freelance job, you would be responsible for your own healthcare, taxes, ect all company compliance after you fill out the US government required W-8BEN individual foreign individual tax form.
Computer is not provided but is required for this position.
We will pay 4 American holidays
