We serve business clients in New York and New Jersey. We also serve business immigration clients in Atlanta. We are seeking highly motivated and talented Lawyer or at least law school graduates to join our legal team as Legal Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real-world legal setting.

Qualifications:
• With a minimum of 3 years of transactional or business law experience
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are welcome
• Law review experience is highly valued.
• Strong academic record and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated interest in business laws.
• Previous legal experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using online platforms and tools, such as video conferencing, cloud storage, and document management systems.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (highly preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of issues and draft a variety of corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft inter-office memorandums for senior partners.
• Assist in the preparation and review of various legal documents, contracts, and agreements for corporate clients and
corporate disputes.
• Assist partners with day-to-day project management and follow-up with clients.
• Collaborate with the legal team on various projects and initiatives.
• Draft articles and blogs on recent developments in the legal industry.
