**Roles and Responsibilities:**
**1. Customer Success Manager Assistant:**
– Collaborate with the customer success team to manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met.
– Assist in developing strategies to expand our client base, customers, and partnerships.
– Participate in business development initiatives, including business formation, virtual assistant tasks, and creating business plans.
– Work on personal and business credit management to help clients become grant and funding ready.
– Support property management tasks, including assisting clients in building and managing Airbnb properties.
– Help clients obtain corporate cars in their business names, providing guidance and advice.
**2. Executive Assistant for Corporate Housing:**
– Manage clients, customers, and partners related to our corporate housing agency.
– Coordinate cold-calling efforts to businesses and clients, promoting our corporate leasing solutions for traveling professionals.
– Identify potential locations for corporate housing and Airbnb accommodations, maintaining a strong network of property partnerships.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
– Play a key role in expanding our business and presence in various regions.
**Required Skills:**
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
