Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Request for Corporate Lawyer or Executive Assistant with US Legal Experience to lead and manage the proposal development process for our organization. The position will coordinate and prepare comprehensive responses to government and private sector RFPs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the RFP process, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality proposals that align with our strategic goals, and administrative experience.

Job Details:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Law/ Executive Assistant with Legal Experience, with specific experience managing RFP processes.

Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in proposal management software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Knowledge: Familiarity with government and private sector procurement processes and requirements.

RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end RFP process, including analyzing RFP requirements, developing proposal plans, and coordinating contributions from cross-functional teams.
Proposal Development: Develop and manage proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices. Ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, and strategically aligned with RFP requirements.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other team members to gather and integrate information into cohesive proposals. Facilitate proposal review and approval processes.
Content Management: Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and past proposals for future use. Ensure all proposal materials are up-to-date and reflect current capabilities and offerings.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure proposals are accurate, error-free, and meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all proposal-related communications. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the RFP process.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the RFP process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the RFP process. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous proposals.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular status updates to senior management on the progress of ongoing RFPs. Provide detailed post-mortem analysis and feedback on completed proposals.
