Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Training Sales Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the corporate training landscape, and a proven track record in promoting and selling training programs to businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their training needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our training programs and their benefits.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the corporate training or education sector.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge: Understanding of corporate training needs and the ability to customize training solutions to meet those needs.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
