Position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Respond promptly to customer emails, addressing concerns related to refunds, tracking numbers, and frequently asked questions.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness, aiming to reply to all inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
Platform Proficiency:
Navigate Shopify for eCommerce-related tasks.
Communicate through Discord and (WhatsApp) when necessary.
Utilize DeepL for translation purposes.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
Contribute to our documentation, enhancing and streamlining support processes.
Report on refunds and customer complaints to facilitate continuous improvement.
Professionalism:
Demonstrate a consistent level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
Attend weekly team calls for updates and collaboration.
Requirements:
Skills and Knowledge:
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support.
Proficient in , Shopify, Discord, WhatsApp, and DeepL.
Availability:
Must be available for weekly team calls, often scheduled on Mondays.
Organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
Available to start immediately.
Work Commitment:
Available for a minimum of 32- 40 hours per week.
Willing to transition from part-time to full-time after a two-week trial period.
Not currently employed in other full-time positions.
Training and Support:
Comprehensive video training.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to guide your work.
Access to the Lead Customer Support for any queries.
