Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while also assisting our sales team in achieving their targets.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution
Help sales team to provide support in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:

Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
Fluency in English (Highly important)
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
