About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Country HR Manager to lead our people strategy and operations in the Philippines. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:
– Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the country´s business goals and objectives.
– Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent needs acrossall departments.
– Stay up-to-date on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices and policies are compliant.
– Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes and procedures.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
– Oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting and sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires.
– Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
– Develop and implement programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
– Design and administer performance management systems to drive employee development and motivation.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
– Advise management on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
– Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
– Conduct regular HR audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and equal opportunity.
HR Operations & Administration:
– Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
– Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
– Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
– Build and lead a highly motivated and professional HR team.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a multinational corporation operating in the Philippines.
– Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
– Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
– Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
– Fluency in English is a must.
