Glen Institute, an established Vocational Training Provider in Melbourne CBD (Australia) requires an experienced international student recruitment manager.

We are commencing our growth for Filipino students aspiring to study in Australia and we’re looking for that special individual in the Philippines to lead that charge for us.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced, well connected and organized International Student Recruitment Manager, Philippines to establish and grow the market of Australia bound students from the Philippines. You will lead the regional growth to the Australia market for Glen Institute. What’s on Offer:

· PHP 40,000 – 60,000.00 / month. (based on experience)

Key Activities:

· Represent Glen brand to promote our courses to Recruitment Partners, international educators, and prospective students.
· Proactively undergo Recruitment Partner outreach.
· Increase international student enrolment at Glen by recruiting international students from the Philippines.
· Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to Recruitment Partners and their staff, and keep the Recruitment Partner contacts engaged with Glen through regular communication.
· Prepare and deliver presentations in the local marketplace to further promote Glen.
· Train and guide Recruitment Partners to improve the quality and volume of international applicants, ensuring top quality.
· Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach.

About You:

· Excellent communications.
· Fluent in English and Tagalog.
· Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
· Experience working with educational consultants and or postsecondary institutions directly.
· Minimum 2 years of international student recruitment experience into Australia.
· Exceptional communication verbal and written skills.
· Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment.
· Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships.
