Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Course Content Specialist to join our team. This role involves going through various educational courses that the company purchases, learning the material, and condensing it into actionable insights. The specialist will then use this information to propose additions, ideas, and better solutions to improve our business operations and strategies. Additionally, the specialist will create videos summarizing and explaining the material for internal training and reference.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and complete assigned courses thoroughly and efficiently.
Condense and summarize course content into concise, clear, and actionable reports.
Identify key takeaways and insights that can be applied to improve business practices.
Propose new ideas, additions, and solutions based on the course material to enhance business strategies.
Create informative and engaging videos summarizing the course material for internal use.
Collaborate with different departments to implement new strategies and solutions.
Maintain detailed records of completed courses, summaries, and proposed changes.
Continuously stay updated with industry trends and new courses that may benefit the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in learning and summarizing complex material.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create high-quality educational videos.
Proficiency in using video creation and editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Ability to manage multiple courses and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using educational platforms and tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the [specific industry your business operates in].
Familiarity with various online learning platforms (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning).
Previous experience in business strategy or consulting roles
