Course Design Manager

Location: Remote

We are looking for a skilled Course Design Manager to work as a Virtual Assistant for our clients’ projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in course design, creation, and management, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the Executive Assistant to understand the client’s needs and project requirements.
– Use course design tools such as OptimizeMentor, Kajabi or Thinkific to design, create and manage courses for clients.
– Develop course outlines, learning objectives, assessments, and other course materials.
– Create and edit course content, such as videos, audios, presentations, and written materials.
– Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to develop and refine course materials.
– Ensure that course content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the client’s brand and goals.
– Track course progress and provide regular updates to the Executive Assistant and client.
– Continuously monitor and evaluate course performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in course design and development.
– Experience using course design tools such as OptimizeMentor, Kajabi or Thinkific.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
– Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to different client’s needs.
