Job Description

We are a new Virtual Accountant/Bookkeeping company in Canada that has an opening for a Part-Time (for now, so if you have a job or clients it’s OK to do both until we get busy) Virtual ‘CPA Senior Manager’ in the Philippines with 8 or more years of professional accounting experience, including IFRS/GAAP, to work from the comfort of your own home office. In the beginning you will have to be flexible wearing a few different hats, as we all will, however, in a short time you will be “managing the managers”.

Must have:

• A CPA designation + Bachelors (or Masters/PhD) in Accounting
• An additional MBA is a plus for future positions
• A minimum of 8 years Accounting work experience
• A minimum of 4 years in a managerial/leadership capacity
• High level English comprehension including written and verbal communications skills
• Property management software is a plus
• Experience with various Bookkeeping software
• Well versed in MS office Suite
• Flexible working hours in the beginning
• Strong reliable internet bandwidth – Fiber (optics) preferred of course
• A Quiet professional office space is required for Zoom/talking to CFO/CEO/CPA’s etc.

• Treasury/Full-Cycle Cash Management
• Highly Accurate Budgeting & Forecasting
• Leadership and team-building: the ability to lead teams towards common objectives
• English Communication skills: the ability to present and explain information verbally and/or in writing for instructional or presentation purposes
