CPA Bookkeeper Financial Analyst for Digital Marketing Agency

USA Business hours, Monday to Friday, full time role.

We are looking for a CPA Bookkeeper Financial Analyst at our fast-growing digital marketing agency.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our agency, including bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will also play a key role in supporting our digital marketing campaigns by providing strategic financial insights and analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing our existing books to ensure compliance with US GAAP standards.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as experience working in the digital marketing industry. A CPA certification and a track record of success in financial analysis, bookeeping and forecasting, as well as experience in auditing books according to US GAAP standards, are required.

– Experience with Xero. We are considering a migration to QBO and would like someone who can give us expert advice regarding this decision and expertise on the potential migration
– Auditing existing books and financial records to ensure compliance with US GAAP standards
– Managing and maintaining accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and forecasting
– Providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support digital marketing campaigns
– Collaborating with the marketing team to provide financial advice and support for client projects
– Preparing and presenting financial reports to management and clients
– Identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth
– Managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulations
– Staying current on industry trends and changes in regulations to inform and advise the team
– Developing and maintaining internal financial controls
– Providing training and support to team members on financial and accounting issues
– Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports
– Managing and mentoring junior team members
– Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
– Participating in other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required.
