CPA Bookkeeper Financial Analyst for Digital Marketing Agency

We are a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as experience working in the digital marketing industry. A CPA certification and a track record of success in financial analysis, bookeeping and forecasting, as well as experience in auditing books according to US GAAP standards, are required.

– Experience with Xero. We are considering a migration to QBO and would like someone who can give us expert advice regarding this decision and expertise on the potential migration
– Auditing existing books and financial records to ensure compliance with US GAAP standards
– Managing and maintaining accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and forecasting
– Providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support digital marketing campaigns
– Collaborating with the marketing team to provide financial advice and support for client projects
– Preparing and presenting financial reports to management and clients
– Identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth
– Managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulations
– Staying current on industry trends and changes in regulations to inform and advise the team
– Developing and maintaining internal financial controls
– Providing training and support to team members on financial and accounting issues
– Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports
– Managing and mentoring junior team members
– Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
– Participating in other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required.
