CPA Marketing Specialist

My name is John Kerkatsch and I’m looking for a “Click Per Action” (CPA) online Marketing Specialist with a proven history of experience in that field. I am starting on a humble budget and I am searching to find someone with the following qualifications to help me realize that objective.
*You know how to create a stunning all-inclusive “Click-Per-Action website” while maintaining a cost-effective company budget in all of our business expenditures. Company needs supersede expenses.
I would prefer that you have a minimum of 5 years of experience with such CPA networks as CPAlead, CPAgrip, Maxbounty, Click Peerfly, ClickDealer, ShareAsale, Impact, alfaleads, etc… Most of these networks pay daily or weekly and so it shouldn’t be to hard to generate revenue right from the start. I personally have CPAgrip and CPAlead but am open to suggestions from my employee.
*Familiarity with traffic sources such as Propellerads, Zeropark, Richpush and MGID would also be good, and also with tracking platforms like Voluum and Red Track. Spy tools like spypush, SpyFu and Anstrex are also manditory in this business.
All good CPA marketers have a pretty good knowledge of most of the above networks, platforms and tools.
*You require little or no supervision, but will provide a daily log of completed assignments on any given day.
*You are business oriented with a creative, innovative and analytical mind when it comes to problem-solving.
*It is my hope that you are friendly, outgoing and always feel comfortable with me.
*You will be my employee, my friend, and my teacher. Once the revenue is established in the company, I would like for you to teach me as much as possible about the business. As you can see above, l have a theoretical understanding about the business, but I lack the application of the business. I firmly believe that a boss of a company that knows little about his business is like a blind man caught in the middle of the ocean during a storm. I want you to teach me all that there is to know about CPA marketing? Once I learn everything there is to learn about CPA marketing, you don’t have to worry about your job. I’m 66 years old and I want to go on my retirement very much, but I want to remain active on my retirement. Your job is safe, I assure you.
My wife is a Filipina and I have been around Filipino’s most of my life. I love working with Filipino’s and I know how industrious you Filipino’s are. Maybe this time around I can finally get this company running successfully.
**I only ask that the applicants have previous experience with some (not all), CPA networks, (2) traffic sources and (3) spy tools?
***It is important to note that there is a difference between an Affiliate marketer, and a CPA marketer. Very important!
An Affiliate marketer gets a commission on a sale, but a CPA marketer gets a commission on an ‘action’ whether that be an email submit, phone number or app download. There is much confusion about that out there.
