As we race ahead, we’re looking for a savvy Creative Ads Strategist to join us on our journey. In this role, you’ll amplify our growth by crafting and driving exceptional Paid Media ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Your Mission:
Drive significant growth in sales through Paid Media campaigns by conceptualizing and executing compelling and innovative creative content for advertisements.

Key Objectives:
Generate 50% year-over-year sales growth on Paid Media (Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads)
Attain a 2.1x ROAS on Paid Social, and 3.2x ROAS on Paid Search.

Responsibilities:
– Develop Creative Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive creative strategies to efficiently grow sales through Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads. This includes brainstorming creative ideas and marketing angles, developing creative briefs, and guiding content production.
– Content Creation Oversight: Collaborate with our team of content creators and guide them in the production of high-quality content to be used for ads.
– Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive copy for our ads and marketing materials.
– Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis to inform our creative strategy.
– Basic Video & Graphic Editing: Edit raw creative using tools like Capcut and Canva.
– Test Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and management of our test ad campaigns on social media platforms, particularly Facebook/Instagram.
– Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of our ad campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Use data to identify successful campaigns and strategies for scaling.
– Brand Stewardship: Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice and identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in creating Facebook & Instagram Ads
3+ years of digital marketing experience
Basic video editing and graphic design skills
