A starting salary of $875 per month with Christmas bonus and access to the company profit sharing scheme after probationary period has been passed. This scheme pays roughly the equivalent of 2-3 extra months wages as a bonus per year, depending on our profitability and it is paid out quarterly.

So expect around $2500 paid in bonuses throughout the year.

VidSprint is a growing social media advertising service based in the UK. We are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable creative director with *all* of the skills listed above.

Fluency of English is extremely important, so please do not apply unless you have this skill. The first stage of interviews involves a video call with myself so this will be assessed early on.

The successful candidate will be tasked with producing creative concepts for social media adverts for our clients. They will take existing media assets (mainly images, sometimes videos) and work out how to make them into attention-grabbing video/gif adverts whilst strictly adhering to the client’s brand guidelines.

You won’t be required to animate, but you will be required to draw a detailed storyboard of your idea and then explain to our animators how this advert should be animated and brought to life – using example pegs from Pinterest or other places of inspiration.

It is the successful candidate’s responsibility to keep up-to-date with current Western (UK, EU, USA, Australia) social media advertising trends and aesthetics – you will be asked to provide weekly examples of current ad examples from UK & USA brands.

The interview process will firstly involve a quick video call to assess your spoken English as well as get to know you a bit better. After this, there will be a paid task which will be set to test your abilities and suitability for the role.
