Creative Content Manager

We are an Anti-Aging Skincare Brand seeking a passionate, creative, and responsible Creative Content Manager for our main strategist. You’ll be assigned to work under the Face of our Brand to help her boost engagement and provide value to her followers, leading to the continuous growth of her account and promoting her skincare brand.

Responsibilities:
> Monitor and analyze social media trends, consumer behavior patterns, and performing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
> Leverage data analytics tools to measure video performance, engagement rates, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
> Conceptualize and pitch creative, on-trend video ideas that align with brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
> Develop a deep understanding of our brand’s persona and tone to produce engaging, shareable content.
> Collaborate with the Team to execute and optimize content strategy.
> Stay up-to-date on emerging social media features, algorithm updates, and best practices.
> Analyze competitor activity and market landscape to identify opportunities.
> Continually test and optimize content based on performance data.
> Create weekly reports showcasing results and key learnings.
> Coordinate with the wider marketing team on the social promotion of campaigns.

Qualifications:
> At least 2 years of experience as a Creative Content Manager for account/s with min. 50K+ followers
> Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English)
> Strong creative mindset with a passion for trendsetting social media content
> Proficiency in content analytics/monitoring tools
> Preferably has a background in marketing, advertising, or a related field
> Ability to interpret analytical data and translate insights into actionable strategies
> Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
> Available to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST
