The DNB PH is TransBiz’s owned brand-managed department, they mainly manage TRUTUYU & SKRAMBL. The department’s niche is health, beauty, and wellness. They aim to help our consumers to be the best version of themselves by giving them the solution they need through our advocacy and products.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
Creative Content Producers are responsible for creating all kinds of media—from videos to podcasts, and images to infographics. They work closely with clients and other stakeholders to determine what kind of content should be produced, then use their creativity and technical skills to bring that content to life.
Here are the things you’re responsible for:
• Idea Creation – Ideate, write and produce compelling original content across multiple channels including social media, website, blog, email marketing, and video.
• Pre & Post Production – Make sure that the content is created and taken care of before and after posting.
• Social Media Management – Help in creating strategies to interact with the audience and make sure that they are engaged.
• Brand Awareness – Develop Brand Awareness by creating and developing marketing plans that convert and make a sale.
• Brand Success – Work with the creative team to develop concepts and execute deliverables that meet business objectives and align with brand voice and style guidelines.
THE PERFECT FIT FOR THIS POSITION
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional writing experience with a solid portfolio of work.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Social media or content marketing experience.
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
• Experience working with content management systems, ie. WordPress, etc.
• A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a big plus.
