Job Summary:
As the Creative Production Head, you are tasked with leading the production team and overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality content that spans various formats and platforms. This role is central to managing the team of copywriters, graphic designers, and quality assurance specialists, ensuring all content is consistent with client branding and campaign goals. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to optimize production workflows and uphold the highest standards of quality in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management and Leadership:
-Lead and manage the production team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with the company’s objectives and client needs.
-Establish and enforce clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for all team members within the production department.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
-Collaborate with the Project Manager to convert client objectives and feedback into actionable production strategies.
-Oversee the scheduling, planning, and execution of production tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Quality Control and Assurance:
-Maintain and elevate the quality standards for all outputs, including graphic designs, written content, and comprehensive campaign materials.
-Develop and implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to guarantee that all client deliverables are precise and of the highest quality.

Client Interaction and Feedback Integration:
-Serve as a pivotal point of contact between the production team and the Project Manager, ensuring seamless integration of client feedback into the production process.
-Occasionally participate in client meetings to directly gather feedback and understand client expectations better.

Innovation and Process Improvement:
-Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance production methods and outputs.
-Foster a culture of innovation within the team, exploring new tools and methods to improve content quality and production efficiency.

Reporting and Analytics:
-Provide regular updates on production metrics and team performance to the Project Manager.
-Utilize analytics to refine production processes and enhance the effectiveness of content.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
-Demonstrated ability to lead production teams and manage complex content creation across multiple platforms.
-Comprehensive understanding of graphic design, content creation, and quality assurance protocols.
-Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and clients.
-Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising strategies is advantageous.
